At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we know sometimes #OFBBabes need a different size! We are happy to offer a One-time Courtesy Return where you can ship back your items for online credit on our site. Once the complete returned order is received and processed, we will provide your online credit. 

Please Note: Customers are responsible for ALL return packages and shipping fees. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ORDERS

In the event your order arrives damaged or defective, Our Fashion Boutique will gladly process a return or exchange upon further investigation into the matter.

To qualify for a Damaged/Defective return, you must email support@ourfashionboutique.com within 5 days from the date of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.

Merchandise being submitted for a Damaged/Defective return must be received back in its original form with tags attached to clothing when returned. Clothing must not be worn, altered, or damaged, and must be free of any stains, odors, color tanners, pet hairs, or smells including deodorant and perfume or cologne. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.
